customer arrival process

Our office follows rigorous infection control procedures to maintain the safety of our customers and staff alike. While continuing to meet the traditional CDC and Pennsylvania Department of Health infection control requirements, we will also be implementing additional protocols listed below. We believe implementing these new procedures will allow our customers to feel comfortable, safe, and welcome in returning to our Spa.

temperature check

We will screen all customers upon arrival. Aroma Spa and Brows have the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment if a customer’s temperature is 100.3 °F or higher and/or if they have any signs of illness (such as coughing, sneezing, etc.).

social distancing

We will limit the occupancy at the salon. Therefore, we are encouraging customers not to bring additional guests with them. This will allow us to practice social distancing and avoid a crowd.

face mask

We will require all customers to bring and use face coverings upon arrival. When necessary for a service, we will advise the customer to remove the face covering.

hand sanitizers

Hand sanitizer dispensers will be placed at all entrances and contact surface areas throughout the spa. We encourage customers to use the sanitizer regularly and maintain a 6ft distance from other customers.

contactless payment

We encourage customers to pay via a contactless payment system (Apple Pay, Samsung Pay etc.) or credit/debit card. However, if an electronic or card payment is not possible, we will allow a cash payment, preferred if exact cash payment is given.
