We Look Forward To Welcoming Our Clients Back At Aroma Spa and Brows

As we reopen, many changes have been made based on guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and the Pennsylvania Department of Health. We are excited to welcome our customers back. While things will be different, we are dedicated to offering our customers a safe and relaxing experience. For the foreseeable future, the following actions are being implemented:

As We Do Our Part

We have increased the frequency of air filter replacement and HVAC system cleaning and maximized fresh air exchange by installing Electronic Air Purification System.

We will frequently disinfect commonly used surfaces such as credit card terminals, counters, waiting area, door handles, light switches, phones, restrooms, and handwashing facilities.

We have equipped reception areas and workstations with proper sanitation products, including hand sanitizer, sanitizing wipes and disinfectant cleaners. Workstations will be routinely wiped down before and after each customer appointment. Thoroughly clean and disinfect the station counters, rolling carts, drawers, hand mirrors, and other products. A hair cap will be provided upon request to customers.

We are using products approved for use against COVID-19 on the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)-approved list.

Customer Arrival process & Maintaining a Safe Environment

All Customers will be screened upon arrival. Aroma Spa and Brows has the rights to cancel or reschedule an appointment if a customer’s temperature is 100.3 °F or higher and/or if they have any signs of illness (such as coughing, sneezing, etc.).

We will require all customers to bring and use face coverings upon arrival (When necessary for a service we will advise the customer to remove the face covering). We will limit the occupancy at the salon therefore we are encouraging customers to not bring additional guests with them. This will allow us to practice social distancing and avoid a crowd.

Hand sanitizer dispensers will be placed at all entrances and contact surface areas throughout the spa. We are encouraging customers to use the sanitizer regularly and maintain a 6ft distance from other customers.

In order to avoid any spread, we are encouraging customers to pay via a credit/debit card/contactless payment system (Apple Pay, Samsung Pay.) However, if an electronic or card payment is not possible, we will allow a cash payment, preferred if exact cash payment is given.

We are very excited to see our clients back at Aroma Spa and Brows. We hope the implementation of these new procedures will allow our customer to feel comfortable, safe and welcome in returning to our Spa.
